Worth V. Mann died at the home of his father, Tiffney Mann, 23 Hedges Street at 2:20 a.m. today. He had been ill for six months with consumption and rapidly grew worse until his death this morning.
The deceased was 19 years of age and was a bright and intelligent young man. He attended the Mansfield High School and was a member of the class of '98, although he did not attend the school during the present school year. He was engaged as teacher of the Sandy Hill School last fall and began the school, teaching only a short time, however, as his health became so poor that he could not finish the school. He was well educated and his talents were very marked. They would have given him a prominent place in the professional world.
Funeral services will be held at the residence at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Interment at Waterford, Wednesday.
